 Session 6 Class Registration

October 12 - December 5

Class Registration forms are accepted online only

Your space in class will only be saved by completing this online registration and submitting payment.

* Note: Registration Fee Must be Paid in Full by October 5th

For all Puppy and Basic Classes, you must attach a copy of your dog's recent vaccination record from your veterinarian which shows proof of the following:

• Puppies at 8 weeks – Distemper and Parvovirus

• Puppies at 10-12 weeks – DHPP

• Puppies at 16-18 weeks – DHPP and Rabies

          We recommend:

  • Canine Influenza and Bordetella vaccinations yearly

  • DHPP and Rabies every 1-3 years

Please check for prerequisites before choosing your class.

Instructors reserve the right to decline students that do meet the requirements as noted for each class.
